We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be in original condition. 

RETURN PROCESS
Email hello@getdeskform.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

RETURN SHIPPING
- Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping at no cost.
- Change of mind: A $4.99 return shipping fee applies.

REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. It may take an additional 5-10 days for your bank to reflect the refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Email hello@getdeskform.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll ship a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
